Welcome! We are thrilled you're considering Luxe Picnic Centex for your next outdoor adventure. This policy outlines important information about our services, booking process, and expectations for a delightful picnic experience.

 

Reservations & Payment:

  • Booking Requirements: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your picnic date.

  • Payment Methods: We accept all types of debit and credit cards

  • Minimum Notice: We require picnics to be booked at least 5 days in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellation Policy: We understand plans change. Cancellations made with more than 2 days' notice will receive a full refund, minus a 35$ processing fee. Cancellations within 1 day are non-refundable.

  • Reschedule Policy: If you need to reschedule your picnic due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate you with a new date within 2 day of your original booking, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before your original picnic date.


Weather Policy:

  • We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable picnic experience. In the case of inclement weather , we will work with you to reschedule your picnic to a mutually agreeable date within 3 of your original booking.

  • We recommend you check the forecast closer to your picnic date and notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule due to weather concerns.

Picnic Location:

  • While we offer setup at many beautiful public parks, some locations may require permits. We will handle obtaining any necessary permits for public park locations included in our packages.

  • If you have a private location in mind, please ensure it is permitted for picnics and accessible for our setup crew.

Guest Conduct & Responsibility:

  • We kindly ask that you treat our picnic equipment with care. You are responsible for any lost or damaged items during your picnic.

  • Please dispose of all trash properly in the designated bins provided.

  • We are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions with advanced notice. However, please be aware that our picnics may be prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.
